Quest Diagnostics Lab, located in Marlborough, MA, is Quest's first diagnostic center in New England, third in the US. This 203,000-sf facility houses lab and office space, allowing Quest operations to consolidate 6 of their other clinical laboratories. The renovations and equipment added to the buildings mechanical systems, electrical systems, telecom systems, fire protection systems etc. were both innovative and complex, which has Quest referring to the facility as the "Lab of the Future".
