This project created the 122 luxury residences that make up the Alloy Condominiums at Assembly Row. Occupying levels six through thirteen of the mixed-use development, the residences feature modern, European design and finishes as well as hardwood floors, high ceilings, and balconies with views of the Mystic River. The condos even made Somerville real-estate history by selling out at premium rates six months before their 2018 opening, including the top penthouse floors. The location's proximity to Boston and blend of residential, commercial, hospitality, and entertainment venues is sure to drive its success long into the future.
