This project is comprised of a six-story office building constructed on the same site as the CityPoint development. Adjacent to the 10 CityPoint office building, an enclosed footbridge on the 2nd level connects the two. The proximity of the construction to operational tenants proved the need for a safe construction plan. Coordination with business owners on this plan resulted in as little workplace interruption as possible. BIM studies were employed to find optimal traffic and delivery routes. An extensive amount of sustainable building materials helped the structure achieve LEED Platinum certification.
